Web Designer/Developer

As a Web Designer/Developer intern at Microstax Technologies, you will embark on a 6-month remote internship program where you will have the opportunity to work on real client projects and receive hands-on training. Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to modern design principles, front-end technologies, and team workflows. Successful candidates who consistently meet or exceed expectations may be considered for a full-time position with our company upon completion of the program. Your responsibilities will include assisting in designing and developing responsive websites, collaborating with the team on UI/UX and front-end features, learning to implement clean and conversion-driven layouts, gaining hands-on experience with design tools and development workflows, participating in team meetings and feedback sessions, as well as contributing to real client projects under supervision. To qualify for this role, you should have a basic knowledge of Web Design and Front-End Development including HTML, CSS, and JS. Familiarity with Responsive Design and modern web trends is essential. We value creativity, attention to detail, and a strong passion for learning. Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop is a plus, as well as familiarity with WordPress, Divi, or Elementor. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines remotely, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial. A background in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, and students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
