Proven experience working with Twilio APIs and products (Voice, Messaging, Flex, Verify, Authy, TaskRouter, Studio).
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for API integration and backend logic.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML data formats .
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, WebRTC) and messaging protocols.
Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT).
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage competing priorities.

Desirable Qualifications

Twilio certification(s) or equivalent practical expertise.
Experience with contact centre solutions (Twilio Flex, Amazon Connect, Genesys).
Knowledge of chatbot frameworks and conversational AI integration.
Background in high-volume messaging or omnichannel communication environments.
