We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in customisation, configuration, and integration within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. The successful candidate will be skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, C#/.NET development for plugins and custom APIs, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE customisations and configurations.
Build and maintain solutions using Power Platform , including Power Automate and custom connectors.
Develop web resources using JavaScript with TypeScript for UI customisations.
Create and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and custom APIs using C# and .NET .
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and services.
Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure all development follows best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE customisation and configuration .
Strong Power Platform skills, including Power Automate and custom connectors.
Proficiency in JavaScript with TypeScript for Dynamics 365 web resources.
Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET for plugins, workflows, and custom APIs.
Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, Azure AD).
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and DevOps practices.

Desirable

Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience in large enterprise or government environments.
Knowledge of Azure services for integration and automation.
