Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer, LWC, Community Cloud/experience cloud

As a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform and its products. You will actively participate in technical design sessions to align technical solution documentation with business objectives. Your role will involve developing, testing, and documenting custom development, integrations, and data migration elements within a Salesforce implementation. Additionally, you will create custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform, ensuring quality delivery by executing test plans. Your expertise will be crucial in following coding standards, participating in code reviews, and ensuring the adherence to appropriate design patterns during projects. You will provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks, staying updated with new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions. Your responsibilities will also include Salesforce Communities development, implementation, and support. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of CRM experience and a proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across different systems. You must possess a minimum of 4-5 years of Salesforce platform experience, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions. Your extensive development experience should cover VisualForce, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform. Knowledge in developing custom Aura components, working with LWC, Rest-based Integrations, Lightning, and Community Cloud is essential. Experience in data migration, configuration using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface, familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and Atlassian tools, along with excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Additional qualifications such as Mulesoft experience, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce.com Certifications, and NPSP knowledge would be advantageous for this role.
