Required Skills & Experience: 4-7 years of experience with Salesforce development, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong expertise in Salesforce platform features, including configuration, customization, and automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder). Proven experience in building and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leveraging them to enhance user experiences. In-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce data model. Experience with Salesforce integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party systems. Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including profiles, permission sets, and roles. Demonstrated experience with agile development practices and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Salesforce. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Experience in Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
