Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Must Have:

1. BE/BTECH (IT & CSE) OR MCA is Mandatory
2. Certification in OCA or OCP is Mandatory
3. Install, configure, administer, and patch Oracle Database software.
4. Allocate system storage and plan for future storage requirements.
5. Configure and manage Oracle Database (19c) including Single Node RAC, OEM.
6. Administer and monitor Oracle Database performance, capacity, and security using Oracle tools (OEM, DataGuard, RMAN, etc.).
7. Ensure smooth operation of all database servers in production, test, and development environments.
8. Provide strong troubleshooting support, including server and storage issues related to database management.
9. Implement and enforce database security best practices (Auditing/TDE).
10. Manage Oracle Database backup and recovery procedures; implement disaster recovery policies.
11. Troubleshoot complex database performance issues (AWR) and resolve application-related database problems.
12. Plan and implement database migrations, upgrades, and patching (CPU/PSU).
13. Develop and optimize database structures for performance improvements.
14. Support development teams with database-related issues (e.g., object creation, query tuning).
15. Manage and monitor database replication, including backup and restoration processes.
16. Ensure efficient handling of

    Priority 1 issues

    independently.
17. Ability to work independently and manage critical incidents under pressure.
18. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
19. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex database and performance issues.
20. Experience with database upgrades, patching, and replication processes.
21. Strong knowledge of database security concepts, auditing, and encryption (TDE).

Good To Have:

1. Perform data migrations using Oracle tools such as GoldenGate, DataGuard, and RMAN.
2. Configure and maintain Oracle GoldenGate replications (Extract, Pump, and Replication processes).
3. Write data specifications for Oracle import/export operations.
