As a Technical Consulting Senior Manager, you lead a team responsible for designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions. Your expertise covers Salesforce.com products, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development, and integration/ETL technologies. You excel at both big-picture thinking and detailed problem-solving, ensuring systems are robust and scalable for long-term success. Your role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements, leading technical design sessions, overseeing project governance, and providing technical leadership for custom development and data migration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations - Lead technical design sessions and align solutions with client objectives - Manage and govern Salesforce projects, ensuring coding standards and design patterns are followed - Oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations - Participate in technical activities like landscape discovery and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development - Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations - Ensure expertise in Salesforce product suite, systems architecture, design patterns, data volume limitations, and best practices - Integrate Salesforce with various business systems using data integration tools - Lead technical team, engage with customers, and travel to client sites for projects - Maintain billable utilization targets, provide technical enablement to team members, and collaborate with global teams for project delivery - Possess 12-18 years of CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform - Lead and grow a technical practice, managing a team of technical and solution implementors **Qualifications Required:** - Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications - Experience in building and growing a technical practice - Ability to manage a team of technical and solution implementors - Strong background in design and development of web-based systems or software product lifecycle exposure - Understanding of environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies - Flexibility with work hours to collaborate with global teams - Familiarity with platform authentication patterns, data sharing considerations, and platform architecture This position offers the opportunity to lead a team in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions, collaborating with clients, and driving technical excellence across projects.,
