Senior Manager HR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. HR Manager who will be responsible for managing the entire employee experience journey from onboarding to exit while also ensuring end-to-end HR operations are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle ManagementDrive operational excellence across onboarding, confi rmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.Ensure timely communication and coordination with employees and departments for smooth transitions.Comprehensive Candidate AssessmentConduct the fi nal round of interviews for shortlisted candidates to assess cultural alignment and overall organisational fi tment.Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed fi nal hiring decisions that align with Emipros values and work culture.Onboarding & InductionDesign and execute structured onboarding experiences that integrate new hires into the companys culture and processes.Create welcome kits, coordinate induction sessions, and ensure compliance with documentation.HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure accuracy and timeliness in payroll inputs, leave tracking, employee reimbursements, and HR system updates.Maintain adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance processes.Employee EngagementPlan and execute engagement initiatives (festivals, team events, wellness programs, recognition programs) aligned with company values and workforce diversity.Continuously measure and improve employee morale and participation levels.Performance & Feedback ProcessOperate and monitor the performance review cycles, goal setting, feedback tracking, and appraisal documentation.Partner with leadership to ensure fairness and alignment in performance evaluations.Training & Development ExecutionIdentify training needs in coordination with department heads.Manage learning session logistics, attendance, vendor coordination, and feedback tracking.Employee Relations & Grievance HandlingBe the go-to person for employees for HR-related queries, concerns, and confl ict resolution.Ensure consistent and empathetic handling of issues while maintaining company policies.HRIS & Data ManagementMaintain and regularly audit employee data in HR systems.Generate reports and insights to support business decisions.Exit ManagementConduct exit interviews, manage knowledge transfer, and ensure smooth separation experiences.Analyse exit feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in managing HR operations and the full employee lifecycleBasic understanding of workforce planning and talent managementStrong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesEmpathetic and approachable, yet fi rm in enforcing policiesSkilled in handling sensitive conversations with tact and professionalism

Must-Haves:
15+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a mid-sized IT or ERP companyProven ability to execute HR strategies and ensure timely process deliveryHands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR documentationPassionate about building a positive, people-centric workplaceHands-on experience in statutory compliance, preferably in a regional scope
