This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Controls and Automation Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Senior Controls and Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic automation systems. The role involves close collaboration with different engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and improve manufacturing processes.
1. At least 3 years of Experience working with PLCs, Industrial Sensors, Safety systems
2. At least 3 years of experience working with several communication protocols like CAN, EtherCAT, Socket, Profinet, Modbus
3. Experience programming Robotic arms (Fanuc, Universal Robots, ABB, Kuka and similar)
4. Experience working with Robot simulation software (RobotStudio, RoboDK and similar), Gazebo, Mujoco
5. Knowledge of ROS/ROS2 is a plus
6. Professional working experience with at least Python or C++ is highly desired
7. Experience with electrical panel designing is highly desired
8. Understanding of Electrical, Automation and Robotics Engineering.
9. Have hands on experience with CAD software.
10. Knowledge in Plant Simulation, Layout optimization is highly desired.
11. Problem-solving and analytical skills
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Experience in high-mix manufacturing environments is a plus
14. B.Tech/B.E degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related field.
15. Experience working with vision systems is a plus
