As part of the Research & Development function, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at advancing fabrication capabilities and building a better world. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading engineering design efforts, managing project timelines and budgets, assisting in installation activities, and developing/maintaining engineering standards. You will also be involved in compiling operator and maintenance manuals, ensuring ISO documentation requirements are met, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Robotics engineering or have proven equivalent experience. Proficiency in CAD (3D modeling) is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and design of industrial automated equipment. Knowledge of industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC/HMI/Robot programming, and electrical schematic creation/design is preferred.
