Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise-level clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored IT/ITES solutions.
  • Develop and execute winning lead generation and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AI, BPO, KPO, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Development solutions.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and implement refined sales approaches.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to client stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams for smooth execution.
  • Track and report performance on CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT/ITES/BPO/KPO.
  • Strong understanding of IT services like Cloud, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Managed Services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
