Details of the PositionPosition: BDM/Sr.BDM/CBDMDirect Reports: Branch Manager WiN ChannelGrade – M1 – M1BFunction / Department: - WiN Channel
Day to Day Deliverables Identify potential clients and generate leads through Digital Marketing, networking, referrals andschool/corporate/society activities Engage with prospective customers from company-provided leads generated through digital campaigns, callcentres, referrals etc... Conduct timely in-person meetings and follow-ups to understand customer needs and present suitableinsurance products. Provide regular updates and feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the campaign managementand strategy team Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions.
What you must have?
• Bachelor’s or MBA degree in marketing or related stream• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities• Female only aged between 22 to 28 years, local resident will be highly preferable with understanding of locallanguage
