About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Guru, and other channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of securing projects, managing clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, etc.
• Generate new business opportunities and ensure successful project closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals and project estimations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in online bidding & business development.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle international clients independently.
• Proven track record of revenue generation.
