Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will lead the product functional design process based on a deep understanding of the users and technology. Your role involves guiding software development teams in applying the Scrum framework, managing project scope and timelines, and coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. You will coach team members in Agile frameworks, facilitate internal communication, and promote effective collaboration. Collaborating with product owners and Business Analysts, you will handle backlogs and new requests, resolve conflicts, and eliminate obstacles that may arise. Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, you will guide development teams towards higher Scrum maturity and create a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product. Your responsibilities extend to partnering with stakeholders and customers to shape the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. You will work with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers. Additionally, you will prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess familiarity with software development, a deep understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, excellent communication and servant leadership skills, problem-solving capabilities, and conflict resolution abilities. Experience in the Fintech domain is advantageous. Your track record should demonstrate successful product development within deadlines, attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, and a creative and innovative mindset.
