Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Jira Management:

  Configure and maintain Jira boards, workflows, issue types, and custom fields tailored for R&D stages like schematic design, prototyping, and testing.

• Agile Facilitation:

  Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile best practices.

• Backlog & Reporting:

  Collaborate with Product Owners to groom the backlog. Use Jira to generate reports (velocity, burndown) and update stakeholders via dashboards.

• Issue Resolution:

  Proactively identify and remove project impediments and dependencies.

Requirements

• Experience:

  3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical/R&D environments.

• Jira Expertise:

  Strong hands-on experience configuring complex Jira setups.

• Technical Background:

  Understanding of power electronics or embedded systems development.

• Certifications:

  CSM or PSM certification required.

• Skills:

  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
