Role Overview: You will be part of the CN X.O Digital Manufacturing & Operations team focusing on Intelligent Asset Management. Your role will involve understanding the business problems and processes of clients, creating functional solutions, and providing consulting in HSE / PSM areas. You will be responsible for functional and technical specifications, implementation of EHS / PSM applications, and leading diagnostics studies for clients. Your role will also include developing project plans, troubleshooting issues, and providing expertise on functional requirements related to HSE process developments. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the business problems and processes of clients, and create functional solutions - Provide functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas with hands-on experience in key HSE processes - Specify and implement EHS / PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi, etc. - Lead diagnostics studies for clients and design end-to-end solutions based on client requirements - Manage business process workflows, detailed design, and documentation for successful application implementation - Develop excellent client relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle - Create Thought Capital around recent and upcoming trends and technologies in the HSE / Process safety, digital HSE space - Possess a team-oriented and collaborative approach, strong presentation skills, and be comfortable functioning in a diverse consulting environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Experience in providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas - Hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs, etc. - Experience in specifying and implementing EHS / PSM applications - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally,
