SAP SD OTC Support Consultant

Role Overview: As an OTC production support resource, your role involves providing timely and effective support to clients facing issues, errors, or questions related to the OTC flow impacting Aligns users. You may need to troubleshoot, debug, test, configure, update, or document processes, services, or solutions. Additionally, delivering training, guidance, or best practices to clients on optimal product usage may be required, working with various client types based on issue complexity. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues in OTC processing within the SAP production environment - Possess Scrum Master Certificate and experience with Agile processes, handling scrum teams - Respond to incidents and requests, analyze root causes, communicate and collaborate with other teams - Perform routine checks and audits to maintain quality and performance standards - Work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting - Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide technical support in the SAP system - Prioritize and manage resolution of issues within accepted service levels - Participate in Incident Management and Problem Management processes, including root cause analysis and reporting - Collaborate with SAP functional team and business units to resolve user issues and contribute to the knowledge network - Support the release management process to ensure production changes align with Change Management policies Qualification Required: - Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus - Minimum 7+ years of SAP experience in SD, exposure to CRM SFDC, and S4/HANA is advantageous - Strong knowledge of OTC system configuration and experience in global SAP implementations - Excellent communication with Business SMEs, Technical IT team members, and end-users worldwide - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role,
