Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead the

  design, architecture, and implementation

  of Salesforce and nCino-based banking solutions
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and custom development

• Proven experience with

  nCino platform components

  (Loan Origination, Deposit Accounts, Customer Onboarding, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

  , and familiarity with

  Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

• Experience in

  data migration, performance tuning, and API-based integrations

  with core banking or third-party systems
• Ownership of

  technical architecture

  , ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Conduct and guide

  code reviews, design sessions, and architectural discussions

• Apply

  Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and Git-based version control

  best practices
• Collaborate with

  business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders

  to translate requirements into robust solutions
• Work in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  , using Jira, Confluence, and DevOps practices
• Ensure compliance with

  regulatory and security requirements

  in banking/fintech environments
• Provide

  mentorship and technical leadership

  to development teams
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation, release notes, and guidelines

• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

  Platform Developer II, Application Architect, nCino certifications

  ) highly desirable
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
