Salesforce / SFDC - Solution, Design Architect

As a Salesforce / SFDC Solution Design Architect in Gurgaon, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Hiring, CRM Architect with Salesforce experience - Building organization competency on CRM, specifically Salesforce - Acting as a solution and design architect for CRM implementations, including Salesforce and Pivotal - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the India development team - Defining standards, best practices, and governance structures to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions - Writing and maintaining programming and project documentation based on provided specifications - Understanding business requirements and functional processes to deliver optimal solutions - Offering innovative and out-of-the-box thinking on tools and methodologies for CRM delivery - Leveraging partner solutions and third-party products on Salesforce to provide the right solutions for the business - Demonstrating hands-on capability in working on complex components and problem-solving - Installing applications and configuring environments for development, testing, and production use - Providing end-user and system administrator training in on-site and remote formats Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10-13 years of hands-on experience in CRM implementation, system design, or related business experience - Experience with a minimum of 3-5 SFDC end-to-end implementations is mandatory - Knowledge of other CRM products is beneficial - Salesforce certifications 401 (mandatory), 201 (mandatory), 501 (helpful) - Understanding of SFDC CRM application capabilities, with Sales Cloud as mandatory and Service Cloud as good to have - Proficiency in Force.com development best practices, including Apex Programming, VF pages, Triggers, Workflows, etc. - Familiarity with Salesforce Security model and integrating SFDC using various methods - Architecting and building solutions within the Salesforce Portal - Good understanding of cloud computing, encryption technologies, programming languages, and web technologies - Experience in business process mapping, technical requirement gathering, and managing integration - Knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes in the financial services sector, preferably asset management - Exposure to project lifecycle involving CRM platform migration, and structured software development methodologies - Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams in a geographically diverse environment - Strong communication skills to explain technical aspects in a business-friendly manner Please note that the company is in the IT/Computers-Software industry and the educational requirement for this role is a B.E/B.Tech degree.
