Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with 2 5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and integrating it across Salesforce Clouds and external systems. This is a great opportunity to work on advanced data-driven initiatives and be a key contributor to digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and activate customer data across the organization.  
  

• Implement integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party platforms. 
  

• Build and optimize real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines using APIs and automation frameworks. 
  

• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and marketers to define data models, identity resolution, and audience segmentation strategies. 
  

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations throughout the development lifecycle. 
  

• Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability. 
  

• Apply best practices for data management and Salesforce development within an agile environment. 
  

Qualifications and Required Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 
  

• 2 5 years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce development roles. 
  

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) is a must. 
  

• Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation within the Salesforce ecosystem. 
  

• Proficiency in developing and integrating APIs (REST, SOAP) and working with tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or other ETL/data integration platforms. 
  

• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization techniques. 
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams. 
  

Good to Have Skills: 

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus. 
  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.  
  

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance processes.
