Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and activate customer data across the organization.
Implement integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud , Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Marketing Cloud , and third-party platforms.
Build and optimize real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines using APIs and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and marketers to define data models , identity resolution , and audience segmentation strategies.
Ensure compliance with data governance , security , and privacy regulations throughout the development lifecycle.
Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
Apply best practices for data management and Salesforce development within an agile environment.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Bachelordegree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2-5 years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce development roles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) is a must .
Strong understanding of data modeling , identity resolution , and segmentation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proficiency in developing and integrating APIs (REST, SOAP) and working with tools such as MuleSoft , Informatica , or other ETL/data integration platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce best practices , security standards , and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
Good to Have Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant , Platform Developer I/II ) are a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance processes.
