Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Define best practices and standards for development, integration, and security. Architect scalable, high-performance technical solutions based on Salesforce platform best practices. Evaluate and select appropriate Salesforce features, tools, and integrations to meet business requirements. Technical Leadership Serve as the go-to technical expert on Salesforce and related ecosystem technologies. Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and business analysts. Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments. Solution Development & Integration Design and oversee integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and custom interfaces. Ensure proper data modeling, migration strategy, and governance across Salesforce orgs. Manage deployment and release planning using DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins). Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Communicate complex technical solutions in business-friendly language to executives and stakeholders. Partner with internal and external teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. Governance & Quality Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Establish governance frameworks for configuration, customization, and code standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including configuration, customization, and integration. 3+ years in an architectural leadership role within large-scale Salesforce implementations. Deep expertise in Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and advanced features (Flows, Apex, LWC, SOQL, etc.). Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica). Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control systems. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
