Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience including configuration, customization, and integration. 3+ years in an architectural leadership role within large-scale Salesforce implementations. Deep expertise in Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and advanced features (Flows, Apex, LWC, SOQL, etc.). Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica). Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and version control systems. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
