Job Description

As a Salesforce Architect at Ciklum in India, you will be part of a custom product engineering company with a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled professionals. You will join a cross-functional development team focused on engineering experiences for the future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with senior Salesforce architects to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions - Participate in customizing, configuring, and integrating Salesforce solutions with other systems - Continuously expand knowledge of Salesforce through training and certifications - Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation including architecture diagrams and design specifications - Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to designing Salesforce solutions - Assist in testing processes to ensure functionality, data integrity, and security of Salesforce solutions - Identify and troubleshoot issues to implement effective solutions **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service - Ability to design comprehensive architecture diagrams and integrate external systems - Proficient in agile project delivery methods and managing project risks - Design secure, scalable solutions and guide implementation teams through best practices - Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, time management, continuous learning, and Salesforce certifications If you are interested in this opportunity, submit your application to be a part of Ciklum's dynamic team in India.,
