Job Description – Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level)

Role Overview

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients.This is an entry-level sales role where your main objective is to book qualified meetings for our Account Executives and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients (SMBs, startups, mid-market).
• Connect with decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Pitch IT solutions by identifying pain points (ERP, POS, eCommerce, Mobile Apps).
• Qualify leads and schedule intro calls for sales leaders/founders.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and outreach.
• Stay updated on ERP, e-commerce, and digital transformation trends.
• Meet weekly/monthly KPIs (connections, meetings, opportunities).
• Share feedback from prospects with marketing/product teams.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• 40–50 outreach attempts per day (mix of calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• 8–10 qualified meetings booked per week.
• Monthly target: 25–30 meetings → contributing to 2–3 closed deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream, BBA/BCom/BCA preferred).
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
• Confidence in making calls and engaging decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of IT/software (ERP, e-commerce, SaaS) is a plus.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales skills.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹1.2 – ₹1.5 LPA (fixed) + performance incentives.
• Performance bonuses for hitting targets.
