The Sales Business Development Manager position is a full-time on-site role located in Virar. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new clients, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. To excel in this role, you should have experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management. You must possess strong negotiation and closing skills, as well as the ability to conduct market research and analyze data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
