Job Description

Experience & Lifecycle Knowledge

2 to 6 years
of hands-on experience in
RPA development using UiPath
Strong understanding of the
Application Development Life Cycle

Development
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Deployment

Process Analysis & Documentation

Ability to assess
functional and technical feasibility
of automation candidates
Skilled in preparing:

Process Design Documents (PDD)
Solution Design Documents (SDD)

Experience in
requirement gathering
and converting business needs into automation solutions

RPA Development & Design

Proficient in designing and developing
efficient, maintainable, and scalable RPA workflows
Adherence to
standard RPA design principles
Experience in creating and documenting
test procedures and pre-UAT scenarios
Supporting operations during
UAT and rollout phases
Implementing change requests via
structured change control processes

Technical Skills & Tools

Strong development experience in:

Browser Automation
Windows Automation
Surface Automation
Mainframe
SAP
MAPIEx
MS Excel VBO
Web Services

Programming experience in
VB / C#.NET
Working knowledge of
HTML
,
SQL
, and
VBO
Familiarity with
OCR technologies

Collaboration & Support

Experience coordinating with
process owners and business stakeholders
Ability to design
as-is and to-be process flows
using UiPath
Strong
problem-solving skills
for day-to-day RPA issues

Certifications

UiPath Developer or Professional Certification
(preferred but not mandatory)
