R&D Engineer IC Design

As a Design Engineer for integrated circuits in ASIC development, your role will involve overseeing the entire process from architecture design to system simulation. You will contribute to the development of complex designs and evaluate the process flow, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop integrated circuits, determining architecture design, logic design, and system simulation - Define module interfaces and formats for simulation - Contribute to multidimensional design development - Evaluate process flow including synthesis, place and route, timing, and power use - Analyze equipment operation data, conduct tests, and review results - Review vendor capability for development support - Resolve complex issues creatively and effectively - Lead new product/process design and delivery - Apply broad concepts to solve complex problems - Network with key contacts and champion business initiatives - Mentor junior team members and lead major projects - Provide leadership within the work group and determine work priorities - Consult with management on long-range goals and set tactical and strategic priorities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience; post-graduate coursework may be desirable - Alternatively, a Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience or a PhD with 3+ years of related experience,
