Project Management Intern

Role Overview: As a Project Management Intern at Pixelo, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and process optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects from initiation to completion over a 6-month period. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects. - Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and status reports. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. - Track project progress using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar. - Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items. - Assist in risk identification, mitigation planning, and process improvement initiatives. - Contribute to resource planning and capacity management activities. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve project-related issues. - Research and suggest best practices for project delivery and workflow optimization. Qualifications & Skillsets: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Project Management or digital marketing domain. Key Skills: - Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace. - Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) is a plus. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Work Style: Proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented.,
