Job Description

IBM Software is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to support strategic SaaS initiatives and lead the launch of new commercial and technical programs. This role offers the opportunity to work across cross-functional teams, influence product and portfolio strategy, and contribute to the evolution of IBM’s SaaS businesses.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the launch and adoption of new programs like Bring Your Own Cloud

Collaborate with engineering, SRE and fellow product managers to develop and scale programs

Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch new programs resulting in new revenue and customer adoption

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product and portfolio decisions.

Define and prioritize requirements and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit.

Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Support the development and execution of SaaS strategy initiatives across IBM Software.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management , Consulting , or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to different audiences.

Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Technical proficiency in cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software solutions..
