Job Description

  • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to drive improvements;
  • Ensure product development aligns with business strategy and client objectives;
  • Represent the customer s voice, focusing on usability and value creation;
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment;
  • Big plus: Experience in retail and e-commerce.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience;
  • Experience in business analysis, preferably within retail and e-commerce sectors;
  • Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications,
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and owning product roadmaps for data-driven, scalable solutions;
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong self-management and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines;
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset;
  • Effective and clear communicator;
  • Strong problem-solving ability, especially in ambiguous contexts;
  • High attention to details and product quality.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
