Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain and update project data in project management tools/software.
Analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven presentations and reports for management review.
Generate dashboards and visual insights to track project progress and identify trends.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting systems.
Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.
Identify patterns, risks, or deviations in project data and highlight them proactively.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an added advantage.
Ability to present complex data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
