PMO

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery Management:
Monitoring of key project management parameters, stakeholder management, and communication protocols: Oversee project scope and budget. Manage project risks and quality. Handle stakeholder engagement and communication. Oversee the entire project lifecycle. Maintain a knowledge repository for best practices. 2. Project Management Office (PMO) Operations: Defining and implementing PMO processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement: Develop and implement PMO processes. Ensure compliance with project management standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. Manage project portfolio. Utilize project management tools and technology. Oversee project management reporting. 3. Performance Management: Establishing performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and implementing corrective actions Oversee Resource Management by Conducting demand-gap analysis for demand forecasting, prioritizing staffing based on project priorities. Define and track performance metrics. Conduct regular performance reviews. Implement corrective actions as needed. Manage resource utilization. Oversee project health checks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in Project Management and Demand Management. Strong understanding of PMO operations and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications. Experience with project management software and tools. Proven Experience in use of GenAI Tools for SDLC management
