Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Support:

• Guide students on career opportunities, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Assist students with job applications, mock interviews, and personality development sessions.

2. Industry Relations:

• Establish and maintain relationships with IT companies and hiring partners.
• Identify job opportunities and schedule interviews for students.

3. Placement Process Management:

• Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
• Track and report placement statistics and success rates to management.

4. Training Collaboration:

• Work closely with trainers to ensure students are industry-ready.
• Provide feedback to training teams based on student performance during placements.

5. Database Management:

• Maintain and update a database of students, companies, and job placements.
• Follow up with employers regarding feedback on placed students.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain records of placement activities and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Provide regular updates to management on placement progress.
