Placement Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with well-known companies to create job opportunities for students. You will organize placement activities such as campus recruitment events, job fairs, and interviews. Building relationships with HR professionals and industry experts will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Organize training sessions on soft skills, resume writing, mock interviews, and group discussions. - Collaborate with teachers to enhance students" technical and professional skills. - Provide career advice and personal guidance to students. As part of market research, you will analyze job market trends to identify in-demand skills, stay updated on new hiring methods, and explore new industries and companies for job opportunities. Your role will also involve database management by maintaining records of recruiters, alumni, and job placements, and analyzing placement data to enhance future efforts. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field. - Experience in job placement, corporate relations, or training (preferably in the education sector). - Strong communication, networking, and people skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Good leadership and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and database tools.,
