PHP Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PHP Developer to join our development team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and backend systems. You will work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to build high-performing, scalable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
• Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and manage databases (primarily MySQL).
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one modern PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.
• Experience with API development and third-party integrations.
• Ability to write clean, secure, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
