About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Amazon Ads and Quick Commerce platforms . You will be responsible for executing performance marketing campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion for our brand on Amazon and other quick commerce channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). Run and analyze performance marketing campaigns across Quick Commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc. Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust budgets and bids, and implement A/B testing. Track KPIs and generate reports using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for internal and client reporting. Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and product positioning. Analyze competition and marketplace trends to enhance campaign efficiency. Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads and/or performance marketing. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred. Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts or campaigns. Preferred Background: Experience working in a fast-paced agency or e-commerce environment.
