Oracle PL/SQL Developer

As an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and PL/SQL programming. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of PL/SQL code. - Create, modify, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, views, and triggers. - Good knowledge of utilizing cursors for row-by-row data processing when necessary. - Implement robust exception handling in PL/SQL programs. - Perform code reviews and test PL/SQL code to ensure high performance and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance and data integrity. - Implement database changes, enhancements, and new functionalities. - Create and maintain documentation for database and development processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in database (Oracle) development. Proven track record of designing and implementing databases for large-scale migration projects. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other database query languages. - Expertise in database design, normalization, indexing, and performance optimization. - Experience with ETL processes and migration tools. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
