Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics across Delhi and North India.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of clinics including patient care, scheduling, staffing, and facility management.
  • Standardize operating procedures and ensure consistency across all branches.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics (patient flow, revenue, service quality, etc.).

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, train, and mentor clinic managers, medical staff, and support teams.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient workforce management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-first service.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all clinics comply with local healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures for healthcare delivery and patient safety.
  • Conduct periodic audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.

Financial & Business Operations

  • Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue targets for each clinic.
  • Work with finance teams on billing, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Patient Experience & Service Excellence

  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement CRM tools and patient engagement strategies where required.

Strategic Growth & Expansion

  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute expansion strategies in North India.
  • Support in identifying new clinic locations and overseeing setup operations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure business competitiveness.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

    (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum

    7–10 years of experience

    in healthcare / clinic / hospital operations management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location operations and large teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
  • Willingness to travel across Delhi and North India as required.
