Role Overview

Onboarding Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete

    client onboarding lifecycle

    from project initiation to go-live.
  • Configure and customize Acrobuild CRM

    modules (Leads, Sales, Post-Sales, Inventory, Payments, etc.) as per client requirements.
  • Setup

    automation workflows

    ,

    email/SMS integrations

    , and

    AI recommendations

    .
  • Integrate third-party tools (marketing, accounting, loan APIs, etc.) with Acrobuild.
  • Conduct

    user training sessions

    for sales, CRM, and management teams.
  • Collaborate with the tech and support teams to resolve configuration or data import issues.
  • Document client configurations, workflows, and customizations for internal records.
  • Monitor client usage post go-live and ensure

    adoption and satisfaction

    .
  • Suggest improvements based on user feedback to enhance product usability.
  • Support the sales and implementation teams in pilot demos when needed.

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
    • 25 years of experience in

      CRM implementation / SaaS onboarding / ERP configuration

      , preferably in PropTech or SaaS.
    • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and integrations.
    • Hands-on with Excel, API tools, or data migration processes.
    • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel across project sites within Mumbai or Pune.

  • Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of

      real estate, Presales, sales or post-sales process

    • Experience with CRMs
    • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Twilio.
