Onboarding Executive

1)

• Ensure new joinees are onboarded within defined TAT (e.g., 24 days).
• Verification of documents and coordination with area officers and client site.
• Maintain onboarding tracker and ensure system entries are up to date.

2)

• Ensure 100% attendance punching in system.
• Coordination with branch managers and control room for attendance closures.
• Timely sharing of daily, weekly & monthly attendance reports to clients.

3)

• PF, ESIC registration and UAN generation within timeline.
• Verification of KYC and resolution of mismatch issues.
• Maintain physical and digital records of compliance.

4)

• Act as the first point of contact for escalations from guards/supervisors.
• Ensure timely resolution of salary, PF, ESIC related queries.
• Maintain grievance register and closure TAT.

5)

• Follow-ups with client HR/Admin for approvals (attendance, Reports).
• Support in audits and MIS requests from client side.

6)

• Proper handover process and documentation for resigning employees.
• Final settlement coordination with payroll team.

7)

• Prepare and share daily & Monthly reports to client as per requirement.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reports.
