HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
full-cycle recruitment
: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule
and
coordinate
interviews with
hiring managers
.
Assist with
On-boarding
and
Induction processes
.
Maintain candidate
database
and recruitment reports.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduation (Mandatory).
Experience:
Freshers & experienced candidates (6+ months in recruitment) are welcome.
Gender:
Female candidates only.
Note:
Female candidates only residing in Hyderabad are considered.
Students or pursuing candidates are not eligible.

Required Skills:

Excellent
English communication
and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of
end-to-end recruitment processes.
Passion for
HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment.

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers:
Up to 18,000/month.
Experienced (6+ months):
Up to 25,000/month
