Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using

  Microsoft Dynamics AL/extension V2

  and minor

  C/AL

  components.
• Configure, customize, and implement

  MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central

  across all functional areas.
• Create and modify customizations, integrations, and extensions as per client requirements.
  
• Perform

  data conversions

  , troubleshoot system issues, and provide resolutions.
• Upgrade and migrate existing NAV/Business Central solutions.
  
• Install and configure Business Central, service packs, and hot fixes.
  
• Serve as a

  technical liaison

  for application support.
• Test and validate functionality against business requirements.
  
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training.
  
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Consultants to understand business requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  ISMS 27001

  policies.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong experience in

  Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central

  development.
• Expertise in

  AL/extension V2

  and familiarity with

  C/AL

  .
• Deep understanding of

  software development lifecycle

  and best practices.
• Proficiency with

  version control tools

  (Git preferred).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
  
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  

Qualifications

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA

• Experience:

  Minimum 5+ years in NAV/Business Central development

• Certifications:

  MB-800, MB-820 preferred
