Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals for our Management Trainee Program in the Human Resources Department for our Group Company. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple functional areas within the HR Department. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and will get direct coaching and on the job training from seasoned professionals. Our program is designed to immerse you in real-world challenges, fostering rapid professional growth and preparing you for future leadership roles within our organization.

Program Structure

  • 12-month program providing diverse experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Assist in campus recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.

2. HR Operations & Systems

  • Gain exposure to HRIS / ERP systems for attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records management.
  • Assist in issuing HR letters, maintaining personnel files, and HR MIS reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) under supervision.

3. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Assist in training needs identification and training calendar preparation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records.

4. People Analytics

  • Support HR in preparing dashboards and analytics to help with business decisions.
  • Learn how HR adds value to business strategy and people planning.

5. Projects & Process Improvement

  • Work on live HR projects in areas such as digitization, policy development, and employee experience.
  • Benchmark HR practices with industry and suggest improvements.
  • Present project findings and recommendations to HR leadership.

Eligibility Criterions

  • Education: MA in Human Resources & Organizational Development (or) MBA (Human Resources)
  • Experience: Up to 2 years of experience including Freshers (Graduated in 2023 / 2024 / 2025)

Skills

  • Strong interest in building a career in HR across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HR tools/HRIS will be an added advantage.
