Lead Business Analyst

As a Lead Business Analyst specializing in Hybris Multi-channel eCommerce suite, you will utilize your 8 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing site implementations, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically as a Business Analyst. Your expertise should include at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Hybris Multi-channel eCommerce suite. You will be responsible for overseeing B2B, B2C, multisite, multi-country & multi-language eCommerce roll-outs, with a primary focus on enhancing User Experience. Your role will require proficiency in A/B testing and site UI testing, along with a thorough understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC. Your strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English will be essential for effective collaboration within a globally distributed team. Additionally, you should possess outstanding problem-solving skills and the capability to simplify technical information for non-IT personnel. To excel in this position, you must hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience. Your ability to engage in both business and IT-focused discussions, as well as negotiate with clients and suppliers, will be crucial for success. Your educational background should align with B.Sc/B.Com/M.Sc/MCA/B.E/B.Tech degrees, and you should have a proven track record in the IT/Computers-Software industry.
