Your role will require proficiency in A/B testing and site UI testing, along with a thorough understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC. Your strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English will be essential for effective collaboration within a globally distributed team. Additionally, you should possess outstanding problem-solving skills and the capability to simplify technical information for non-IT personnel. To excel in this position, you must hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience.
