Role & responsibilities

A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 1-3 years of IT experience, particularly in roles involving desktop support and IT operations.

Basic knowledge of desktop and network support, with a willingness to learn and grow in understanding technical requirements for IT operations.

Familiarity with IT service management platforms like JIRA Service Desk is a plus.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information in simple terms for non-technical users.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise communication within the organization.

Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed, with occasional travel for on-site support or training
