IT Help Desk Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and other Microsoft products.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Assist in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting

  networking devices (switches & firewalls, particularly Sophos).

• Perform new user onboarding, including

  setting up user profiles, email accounts, and system access.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance when required.

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years

  of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.

• Strong

  troubleshooting skills

  for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other Microsoft products.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of

  networking, switches, and firewalls (preferably Sophos).

• Experience in

  user onboarding, profile setup, and access management.

• Good communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requests efficiently.

Requirements:

• 10PM to 6AM IST ( India Time ) (Must be flexible)

Package

• 3 Lakh per year to 3.5 Lakh per year
