Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other Microsoft products. Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, switches, and firewalls (preferably Sophos). Experience in user onboarding, profile setup, and access management. Good communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users. Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requests efficiently.
