IT Hardware Engineer

You will be responsible for designing and deploying enterprise-level hardware and software systems that support the organization's operations. It will be your duty to monitor and maintain IT infrastructure systems to ensure their operational efficiency and security. You will also be expected to develop disaster recovery plans and procedures in collaboration with other IT professionals, as well as identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues. Performing system backup and recovery to safeguard data integrity will be a crucial part of your role. Proactively monitoring and analyzing system performance and reliability, along with developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of infrastructures, systems, and procedures will also be key responsibilities. Ensuring infrastructure security and compliance with IT policies, managing and leading infrastructure projects and upgrades, will be part of your daily tasks. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Gaining experience through internships or entry-level positions can be highly beneficial. Proficiency in network and server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, are required for this position.
